Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is easy to integrate with Evernote by using the SAASPASS Authenticator(works with google services like gmail and dropbox etc.) and it's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities. The SAASPASS Authenticator supports the time-based one-time password (TOTP) standards. Download the SAASPASS app and setup the SAASPASS Authenticator.

Log into your Evernote account. Under your Evernote drop-down, choose 'Account Settings’.
Under ‘Security’ click ‘Security Summary’. Next to ‘Two-Step Verification’, choose ‘Enable’.
Click ‘Send Verification Email’.
Submit the confirmation code sent to your inbox.
Enter your mobile number.
Submit the verification code sent to your phone.
No need to download Google Authenticator—you will instead use SAASPASS.
Open your SAASPASS app, scroll down to AUTHENTICATOR, choose ‘+’, and SCAN BARCODE. Then enter the code produced by SAASPASS.
